Build a Scarecrow – Win a Prize! We’re excited to announce the return of our much-loved Messingham Scarecrow Competition, proudly sponsored by Cade Estate Agency!

This year’s theme is YOUR CHOICE – get your creative juices flowing. Whether it be a book character, celebrity or animal, the choice is yours.

How to take part: Build your scarecrow and display it in your front garden with a sign pointing toward the showground.

Be as creative as you like – use any materials, as long as it looks like it could scare off the birds! Take a photo and submit it using the form on our website.

Take a picture on your phone and upload it to the form on the website!

All scarecrow entries will be featured in the Community Marquee on Show Day – Saturday 7th June.

Prizes to be won: 1st Prize – £75 2nd Prize – £50 3rd Prize – £25

Winners will be announced at 4:30pm on show day at the Community Tent.
