A Message from the Chair
Dear Visitors, Friends & Messingham Family
On behalf of the entire Messingham Show committee, it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to this year’s event. Whether you’re a long-time supporter or joining us for the first time, we’re delighted to have you with us.
The Messingham Show has a long and proud tradition of celebrating our local community, rural life, and all the talent and spirit that make this area so special. From exciting arena displays and equine competitions to fantastic food, crafts, and family entertainment—there’s something here for everyone.
We have tried to pack in more free entertainment and keep the ticket prices the same so you get value for money. This includes a free children's entertainer all day, children's clown and some well known princesses and action figures. In the event quarter you will find lots of family entertainment with a talent show and tug o war match, for big kids too! With all of this in mind we are also giving back to the village and inviting all Messingham Primary School children in for free.
This year we look forward to welcoming back the Main Ring with its exciting displays such as Ringside Falconry and Dog & Duck displays, the North Lincs Flyball team, Messingham Martial Arts and Firestorm Twirlers, plus much more. We also welcome back the Fun Fair for you thrill seekers and the MHFS Stage with live music including the amazing Scrap Yard Dogs.
This show wouldn’t be possible without the hard work of our volunteers, exhibitors, and sponsors, and we thank them sincerely for their continued support. Most of all, thank you to you—our visitors—for being part of show day. We hope you enjoy every moment and leave with great memories.
